If you are unhappy with the item(s) and would like to return it, please complete this return form within 14 days of your item being delivered.
- Fill in your personal details.
- Fill in your order details.
- Please fill the item(s) details. Tick whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- If you require an exchange, make sure you fill in STEP 4.
- If you were sent the wrong item, make sure you fill in the details on STEP 5.
- Enclose the form with your parcel and we will process within 14 working days of receipt.
- It is your responsibility to send the item safely to us. It would be advisable to use a courier that uses a tracking service.
