SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days
- Next-day and Express delivery options also available
- The guarantee only applies to U.K. mainland parcels.
- Please allow us 5- 7 working days for delivery. A first attempted delivery counts as the guaranteed delivery.
- We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available.
- A signature will be required on delivery. We will only deliver to the address where the card used for payment is registered.
- Once we have cleared funds, we will then dispatch your order.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to order as soon as possible.
At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order.
In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customer, Jaan London reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and send rest of the order.
RETURNS POLICY
Please ensure all goods are returned are in the same condition as received, new, unused, intact with all tags, labels, and packaging
If an item is unsuitable you can send back the product to Jaan London within 14 days of purchase. Please download the returns from and enclose it with the return item, and clearly state all the information requested on the form.
Please note that any items returned without a return form may cause a delay in processing your return/exchange and subsequently may not be processed
Exchange
If you would like an exchange please return the item(s) for an exchange with additional delivery charges which you can calculate using the website by selecting the products you wish to exchange them for by going to checkout to view delivery charges. You can send us an email authorizing us to accept payment from your initial payment card.
Any payment due from ourselves for an exchange will be refunded back to your payment card within 5-7 working days, of receiving your returned product.
Please note if you require an exchange for products for which we have offered free delivery, re-delivery costs will be charged.
