If you are unhappy with the item(s) and would like to return it, please complete this return form within 14 days of your item being delivered.
1. Fill in your personal details.
2. Fill in your order details.
3. Please fill the item(s) details. Tick whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
4. If you require an exchange, make sure you fill in STEP 4.
5. If you were sent the wrong item, make sure you fill in the details on STEP 5.
6. Enclose the form with your parcel and we will process within 14 working days of receipt.
7. It is your responsibility to send the item safely to us. It would be advisable to use a courier that uses a tracking service.
